Ruto comments out on Matiangi job
Deputy President William Ruto has made light of concerns rise of Interior CS Fred Matiang’i will undermine him.
Ruto took to Twitter on Thursday to deny apparent clash as he sponsored changes President Uhuru Kenyatta made through an Executive Order on Monday.
“Government officers at all levels should align their operations to the order issued by President Uhuru Kenyatta setting up committees at county, regional and national levels as well as at the Cabinet),” Ruto tweeted.
Matiang’i will seat an advisory group of all CSs in his job of planning government ventures, as indicated by the request.
Some of Ruto’s supporters have seen extra obligations given to Matiang’ as intended to undermine him.
