By using Happening, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You agree to use Happening only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Harass or abuse other users • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation without permission • Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate registration information You must be at least 13 years old to use Happening.
For ticketed events: • Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information • Ticket prices are set by organizers • Happening displays organizer M-Pesa payment details for users to pay directly • Happening does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between users • All payments are made directly to event organizers via M-Pesa • Happening is not responsible for payment disputes between attendees and organizers • Refunds are subject to the organizer's own refund policy • Happening does not charge platform fees on transactions at this time
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Happening a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Your use of Happening is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
Happening is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the content posted by users or the actions of event organizers.
Happening's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
